Shipping Details 送貨安排

Kilo Calo 送貨服務委託速遞司機派送，下單時所選時段僅供參考，部份地區有機會未能按照客人所選時間派送，詳情請參閱送貨安排。

客人敬請留意，如客人訂單地址因所選地區而需要更改派送時間，則由Kilo Calo方面調整派送時間，不作另行通知，煩請客人先閱送貨安排。如發生任何爭議以致需要再發送貨件，運費則由客人承擔，本店恕不負責。 

如客人需要更改派送日期及時間，需提前 3日通知。若客人的貨件將於通知日翌日派送，可以待派件員送貨前與你聯絡，與司機溝通重新送貨的安排。如有突發事件，請在Facebook或Instagram 發訊息與我們聯絡。

請務必填寫正確的聯絡號碼。隨後派件員會主動與你聯絡，交代實際送達時間。

鑑於疫情尚未平息，運送方有機會未能派送指定地點，如：醫院、醫院宿舍或指定診所等，若客人因上述原因未能派送，請主動通知我們（Facebook/ Instagram均可）貨件將由我們安排派送，以支持對一眾醫護的無私奉獻。

香港島、九龍、新界 (偏遠及部份離島地區需收額外付加運費)

請選擇您喜愛的貸品放入購物車，並選擇送貨地址，由於每件貨品均需特定時間準備，系統會因此調查拾取包裝和物流交付時間，然後計算出所有可選的送貨時間供您考慮。

註：實際送貨日期及時間需視乎送貨地址、訂單數量及人手安排等不同因素而定，以確定購買及付款頁面所顯示資料為準。Kilo Calo會盡力安排最佳及最快之送貨日期及時間，並保留最終之決定權。

Kilo Calo delivers with specified driver to Delivery. The following time slots are for reference only — the delivery time subjects to the actual condition. 


There will be no further notice on the change of delivery time, in the case of restricted delivery time slots in the specified area.

For rescheduling of shipment request from customers' side, the customer may contact Kilo Calo with the tracking details shown on his/her order summary before 3 days. 


In case of any dispute regarding rescheduling of shipment, the customer may need to bear extra shipping fees upon Kilo Calo 's request.

Please select your product into the shopping cart, and select the delivery address, because each product has a specific preparation time, the system will investigate the pick-up packaging and logistics delivery time, and then calculate all the optional delivery time For your consideration.


Note: The actual delivery date and time depends on different factors such as delivery address, order quantity and manpower arrangement, etc., to determine the information displayed on the purchase and payment page. Kilo Calo will try its best to arrange the best and fastest delivery date and time, and reserves the right to make the final decision.
